Elleme Paris offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience remains seamless from purchase to return.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandizing Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all original tags and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; once received at our Paris atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
